Step 1: Attach the C-12 using the Fastener that originally came with the ball head clamp. It should look like a shorter version of  the M6 fastener that we provided.

Step 2: Tighten the 3 set screws, using the enclosed 2.5mm hex key.  Lightly tighten all three, then go back and firmly tighten each one.
