We offer a free Test-Drive program to U.S. residents because our products speak for themselves.
We must have your credit card number on file before sending equipment. We do not charge anything to your card during the test-drive period unless you request expedited shipping, in which case you will be charged the difference between expedited service and Ground service. The test-drive period is 60 days from the day that we ship the product. If we do not receive the product back in 60 days, we will charge your card for the cost of the product + shipping. If you return the product you are only responsible for return shipping costs.
When you receive the equipment you will also receive paperwork restating the terms of the Test-Drive Program and the equipment return date. The cost of the items sent to you is included for your reference for easy product purchase.
We send new products through our Test-Drive program so that if you decide to keep them, you keep the ones you have.
We understand that our products may get scratched and dinged during the test-drive period. This is OK. We have never charged anyone for damage to a test product or refused a return. We only ask that you take reasonable care of the items.
If you do not return the product on time and are charged, you are still covered by our 60-day unconditional money-back guarantee from the date that you were charged.
