*Aluminum tripods, while heavier than their
carbon fiber counterparts, perform comparably to carbon fiber models.
Carbon fiber tripods are ideal if weight savings is a necessity. However,
if cost is a primary concern, or if you need a sturdy tripod
for studio work or backyard photography, aluminum tripods are a perfectly
suitable and less expensive option.
*Due to recent changes in the Gitzo
product line, we are in the process of updating our tripod stock and pricing.
Please call or email us for current availability and pricing.
