C-12 Installation Instructions: Manfrotto 490RC4

 

Removing the Existing Clamp:   
Loosen the smaller screw with a 2.5mm hex key. Remove the clamp's central fastener using the enclosed 5/32 hex key. Removal complete.
  

Installing the C-12:   
Insert and tighten the head's original 6mm fastener (not the fastener included with the clamp) with the enclosed 5/32 hex key.

Note: Our fastener is too long and will not work properly.

 Tighten the three set screws firmly using the 2.5mm hex key.
