Ordering Online
Our online ordering process is secure and easy to use. Simply browse our site and click on the "Add to Cart" button next to the product you wish to buy. You can view the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "View Cart" link in the upper left-hand corner of the page. Upon viewing the contents of your shopping cart, you can add or delete items, change the quantity, and proceed to checkout if you wish.

During the checkout process, you may choose either "UPS Worldwide Express Saver" (generally 1-3 business days to delivery) or the less expensive “UPS Worldwide Expedited” (2-5 business days to delivery) as a shipping method. See “Shipping Methods and Transit Times” below. Some services are not available to all locations. Days to delivery do not include day shipped, weekend days or holidays. See www.UPS.com for more information on international shipment services.

You will receive confirmation of your order via email. You will also receive a second email when your order is scheduled for shipment containing UPS package tracking information.

When will my order ship?

Orders that we receive before 1:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) typically ship on the same day they are received; orders received after 1:00 PM ET typically ship on the following business day (weekends and national holidays are not considered business days).  We strive hard to meet the above guidelines, however, we do not guarantee that every package will ship accordingly. If the arrival date of your package is extremely crucial, please contact us by phone or email (orders@tripodhead.com) to ensure that your order arrives on time.**

Shipping Methods and Transit Times

We are very familiar with the challenges of shipping internationally, and the associated inconveniences experienced by our customers. We have spent many hours researching the fastest and most economical way to ship your order that is still reliable and safe. We have settled on a premium shipping method (UPS). We charge at or below the posted UPS rates. Shipping for packages weighing 3 lbs or more is discounted by 35%.

You can obtain an accurate calculation of international shipping costs during the checkout phase of an online order, or you can call or email us for a quote.

We ship international orders (including Canadian orders) via UPS Worldwide services**. Depending on where you live, you may select Worldwide Express Saver (1-3 days to delivery not including day shipped, weekends or holidays), or Worldwide Expedited (2-5 days to delivery not including day shipped, weekends or holidays). We have found the speed and reliability of this method to be unparalleled.

Orders shipped in this manor are not liable for standard brokerage service fees (UPS provides this service, free of charge, for most Worldwide shipments), however, the customer is responsible for paying any duties or taxes imposed by their country and extra brokerage processing fees may apply.

**As UPS shipments delivered outside the USA require the payment of any VAT, customs duties, and other surcharges at the time of delivery, we recommended that you provide a shipping address where you are available on the estimated day of delivery to pay these assessed fees for your package. If no one is available to take delivery and make payment, UPS will not leave your package and will have to contact you to reschedule your package delivery, and this may delay your delivery date.

We can ship very small items such as individual screws and bushings via USPS Airmail upon request. Aside from this exception, we do not ship international packages via the US Postal Service. The US Postal Service does offer several more economical methods for shipping international packages, but we have found their lack of ability to track packages and longer shipping times to be unacceptable*.

*Note: We will ship international orders using the United States Postal Service for customers who request this service. However, USPS shipments incur an additional US$15 handling fee. Orders received after 2:00 PM Eastern Time will be shipped the following business day. If you are interested in using the US Postal Service to ship your order, please place your order online (UPS shipping will NOT be charged as shown (online orders are reviewed by our staff before payment is charged); then send your USPS shipping request with your online order number IMMEDIATELY to orders@tripodhead.com. We will email you with your adjusted order total and shipping cost. We offer USPS Global Priority for orders under US$100, but this service offers no tracking capability. We offer USPS Global Express Mail ONLY for orders over US$100. Insurance charges may apply. Wimberley, Inc. will not replace lost or stolen merchandise shipped through any USPS service.


 

Duties and Taxes

We are required by law to accurately report the value and contents of international shipments. We strictly abide by this law; therefore, please do not ask us to undervalue the content on customs declaration forms.

Our shipping costs do not include any duties or taxes that you might be charged by your country. We have no knowledge of these fees, so please refer to the specific rules and regulations set forth by your country to anticipate any fees that you will be required to pay upon delivery of your order.

 

3-Year Warranty, 60-Day Unconditional Guarantee

Wimberley products shipped to international residents are covered by a 3-Year Limited Warranty and a 60-day unconditional money-back guarantee. If an issue arises with your equipment during normal use within 3 years of your purchase from us, please contact us for our warranty repair procedure.

The 60-day guarantee is unconditional, so no matter what the reason, or what happens to the product, if you send it back within 60 days, you'll get a full refund of the cost of the item(s). Please contact us before returning any items as a return authorization number is required. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued upon receipt of the returned product(s).
